Do you remember last year when I hosted a Disneyside Mickey Mouse party last year? And I didn't even know that I got chosen...a box just showed up at my house? Well wouldn't you know it, the same thing happened this year!
I was sad thinking that I didn't get chosen because I didn't get a confirmation email but one day a giant package showed up at my door with all kinds of Disney goodness to host a Cars themed play date.
I set up all the Disney take home goodies along with pit passes and favor bags at the entry. the kids loved seeing their photos on the pit passes.
These adorable Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater banners were created by me and Jamie and are now available in the Sweet Banner of Mine Etsy shop.
We had such a good time with our friends! The menu consisted of small bites since it was a morning party. We had delicious mini muffins and a TON of coffee for the parents generously provided by The Corner Bakery. Lets just say the muffins were SOO good that there were no leftovers.. none!
I also put out bugles for the Cozy Cone, which was an adult favorite!
Rice crispy treats decorated with melted chocolate and mini m&ms made for adorable stop light treats and pretzel rods dipped in chocolate were yummy dip sticks!
Are you digging the simple but cute printables? They're available in the Swanky Shindig Etsy shop.
For activities I purchased wooden race cars and made paper race cars both of which the kids could decorate. The provided place mats were the perfect work surface for them!
We also let the kids go run aroud and burn off some sugar and play in the backyard too!
Please note that I received a box of goodies from MomSelect and Disney to use to host my party. I was in no way compensated any further. Also, I received coffee and muffins from Corner Bakery for free in exchange for social media and blog coverage.
